We also maintain other physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect this information and we limit access to information to those employees for whom access is appropriate.

How does ALINAFE Online collect my personal information? 

We collect your personal information, for example, when you

  • Access our website
  • Deal with our User
 

We may also collect your personal information when you have volunteered the same to us.

  • By visiting our Site or using our Site’s service, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Site.
  • Alinafe Online collects Personal Information when you register with the Site, when you use the Site’s services or when you visit pages of the Site.

Subject to different type of our service, we further ask more detailed information such as gender, country of residence, ALINAFE account information and to submission of supporting documents for verification.   • You may demand Alinafe Online to disclose collected Personal Information held by Alinafe Online. Provided, however, that Alinafe Online may reject such demand if it has legitimate reason under Personal Information Protection Law of Malawi.
  • You can edit or delete your Personal Information that Alinafe Online hold at any time by either contacting us or accessing your settings in the Site. Provided, however, that Alinafe Online may reject such demand if it has legitimate reason under Personal Information Protection Law of Malawi.
  • You may demand Alinafe Online to cease to use your Personal Information, share with or transfer it to third party if such Personal Information was illegally obtained, used, shared with or transferred beyond the legitimate purpose specified under this Privacy Policy or other notice. Provided, however, that Alinafe Online may reject such demand if it has legitimate reason under Personal Information Protection Law of Malawi.
  • The Procedure of your rights to demand disclosure or other rights set above (“Disclosure Rights Etc.”) is as follows;
    1. Information subject to Disclosure Rights Etc.; Personal Information registered by alinafe (“Registered Information”)
    2. Data subject who can demand Disclosure Rights Etc.: principal or agent on behalf of principal. Please note that in case of demand by agent, alinafe will ask to submit power of attorney.
    3. Method and Demand process of Disclosure Rights Etc or if you would like to delete members ID please write to: [email protected]. We will verify your identification.
